In order to conserve wildlife on development sites it is usually appropriate to carry out survey work and to base the mitigation on the results. Sometimes a wide range of mitigations can be employed, a Method Statement may proceed them. Management and monitoring programmes may also be expected. The following pictures show a range of mitigations.
